How to measure the ring size:
  1. Cut a strip of paper and place between your fingers
  2. Tightly wrap it around your finger(if it's not tight, you'll get a wrong size).
  3. Draw a line anywhere the paper sides meet.
  4. Measure the distance between the lines. That's your circumference.

Wonderful product for those struggling to get back on fitness journey

This smart ring, which is basically the same as the Oura ring, and the app is still free , I am very happy with its performance and functionality. With the ability to wear it for a week on even a full charge, this device has become great for tracking my health and fitness goals. And the sleep monitor helps me monitor the quality of my sleep and sleep without even wearing it, which is so much better than a smartwatch, which also tends to wobble and cause inaccurate data. The ring's pedometer motivates me to meet my daily step goals, and I love that it also measures body temperature and blood oxygen levels for a full picture of my health. Its compatibility with iOS and Android makes it versatile, and the IPX8 waterproof rating ensures I can wear it anywhere with peace of mind, and even dive in.
